We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Business Analyst to join our Group Protection team. 1. Eliciting and documenting user stories and requirements from stakeholders
2. Facilitating workshops and interviews to explore business needs
3. Validating user stories using data, research and system analysis
4. Supporting product owners in backlog prioritisation and epic definition
5. Collaborating with developers and designers to shape viable solutions
6. Modelling business processes and data flows using best practice techniques
7. Managing stakeholder communication across multiple business areas
8. Enabling the development of customer-focused products and services
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in Agile and Waterfall environments
10. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
11. Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
12. Knowledge of user story creation, backlog management and acceptance criteria
13. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio and Power BI
14. Understanding of customer-centric design and data modelling
15. A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
16. Professional qualifications in Business Analysis or Agile (desirable but not essential)
