Entertainers – Open Auditions

Hours: Fixed term contract - 40 hour per week (This is a flexible contract that will fluctuate between 30 and 45 due to low and high season)

Auditions: Monday 20th April 2026
We’re looking for General Entertainers with a magical talent and personality that can include Singers, Dancer, Speciality Acts & Presenters to join our Entertainments team.

All candidates are welcome to audition by attending Registration at 12 noon. Please arrive with CV’s, backing tracks and any other props you require to showcase your talents.
Once registered you will be seen in order of arrival.

The Role
As an Entertainer at Cofton Holidays, you will be responsible, along with your team, for delivering the daytime and evening entertainment programme, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable holiday and offer a memorable experience with professionalism, passion, communication, and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn the Cofton content in accordance with the specification
* Host daytime and evening children's activities, bingo, game shows, cabarets, puppeteering and character work.
* Work with technical equipment such as lighting and sound.
* Provide activities including sports games like football and pickleball as well as a wide range of crafting and other general activities.
* Assist all visiting cabarets with ‘get in’ and ensure they have the required staging where needed.
* Enhance the guest experience and ensure PR with all our guests
* Perform solo cabarets and/or team shows
