Broker Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity created through expansion, where we are looking to recruit a Broker Sales Manager to set up and lead a brand-new online broker sales operation. This role will see you build the function from the ground up, including recruiting, developing, and leading your own high-performing sales team. Working closely with the Group Fleet Director, you will shape the strategy, build the online presence, and drive profitable growth in a fast-moving and competitive market. This is a hands-on leadership role with full commercial ownership and real scope to make your mark.

In this role:

• Build, recruit and lead the Leasing sales team

• Own and deliver the sales strategy in partnership with the Group Fleet Director

• Manage the website supplier to drive high-quality inbound enquiries

• Lead the day-to-day running of the online broker sales operation

• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service

• Take full P&L responsibility, driving bottom-line profitability

• Ensure FCA compliance and adherence to financial controls

• Maintain accurate reporting and performance management

We're looking for:

• Proven broker sales experience within an independent broker or franchised dealer

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of profitable growth

• Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload

• Resilient, flexible and comfortable operating with autonomy

• Proven ability to motivate, develop and lead a sales team

• Strong knowledge of the broker sales market and key industry drivers
