About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Funeral Service Crew member. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires attention to detail, empathy and a passion for helping others.
In this position, you will be responsible for collecting deceased individuals from various locations, preparing coffins and engraving name plates. You will also maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities, including vehicles.
To succeed in this role, you will need a full UK manual driving license, a sensitive approach to customer service and good attention to detail. You should also be able to react calmly and compassionately in emotional circumstances.
This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week, with varied shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday. As part of this role, you will also be required to participate in an on-call rota.
