Responsibilities
* Managing day‑to‑day shop operations.
* Driving sales growth.
* Delivering outstanding customer service.
* Training, developing and motivating your team.
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
* Working with the Shop Manager to achieve all of the above.
Qualifications
Background in retail management and experience in a food environment are preferred but not essential. Strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can‑do” mentality are required.
