Job Title: Marketing Manager Level & Responsibility: This role is at a Manager level or equivalent and has responsibility for the development and execution of our go-to-market B2B plans for our Capture and Plan-Apps agencies Salary: £39,000, depending on experience, and a 10% discretionary bonus Location & Hybrid Working: London, a minimum of 2 days in the office per week The role We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team to assist our agencies Capture and Plan-Apps in developing and executing our go-to-market B2B plans for both of these businesses. You will work with both teams, partners, and the wider marketing team to build a rolling calendar of best-in-class content to share and celebrate across our owned, earned, and paid channels. You will ensure this calendar content is shaped by key moments for both Capture & Plan-Apps and own this from start to finish, involving yourself in copywriting, briefing the creative studio for assets, channel posting, and performance. As a Marketing Manager, you will look after B2B channels such as event opportunities, awards, organic social, paid social, and more, whilst also working with our external PR agency to shape PR opportunities for both agencies. What you'll be doing We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like: Developing a marketing strategy for both Capture & Plan-Apps with support from the Marketing Director and owning brand identity, TOV, and brand personality, resetting on this where needed. Keeping abreast of competitors and upskilling your knowledge of commerce media and the world of retail media measurement. Ensuring the timely execution of all planned content across our Marketing channels and ensuring that all content linked to those is valuable in the market. Building a content calendar for both Plan-Apps & Capture's LinkedIn channels and creating content in a consistent TOV. Keeping the content calendar up to date and working closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and support across all plans as required. Mapping out events to attend for both businesses and organise attendance of relevant colleagues. Identifying opportunities for the business to speak, partner, host, or sponsor events throughout the year and organising our own hosted events as well. Working closely with Plan-Apps & Captures' business leads to set our award strategy, overseeing the entry process, and ensuring deadlines are met and that the brief hits the requirements. Supporting working with our partnered PR agencies to create brand fame for Plan-Apps and Capture.
