Hunter Savage is hiring internally for a newly created part-time Finance Officer position to support our growing business and the Operations Team.
The Role:
* Location: Belfast City Centre
* Type: Part-time (16-20 hours), flexible on days and hours
* Salary: Depending on experience
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fantastic team of senior recruiters with an established client base across the UK and Ireland. You will have full ownership of the accounting functions for two companies, one in the UK and one in Ireland. We are seeking an experienced finance professional who can "hit the ground running".
Key Tasks:
1. Payroll processing (weekly and monthly)
2. Invoicing for UK and Ireland businesses
3. Credit control
4. Reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments
5. Reconciling received payments
6. VAT return preparation
7. Month-end closing activities
