As part of this, we continue to invest in Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND), with the growth of our four sub teams within the EHCP Casework Team:Assessment TeamEarly Years and Primary TeamSecondary and Post 16 TeamEHCP Assessment TeamTribunals, Resolutions and Compliance TeamDue to our continued investment in SEND, we are looking for an EHCP Case Coordinator to join our Early Years & Primary EHCP Casework Team. This is a varied role and will involve supporting the team in all aspects of EHCP Casework.Reporting to the Early Years & Primary Lead Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring progress to ensure statutory deadlines are met and to support the smooth running of the Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Casework Team. This will include the monitoring of EHC Needs Assessments, Annual Reviews, and the Phase Transfer process.This role also involves contributing to the accurate recording of financial information to ensure that this is obtained for effective budget monitoring and statutory returns.This role will also give you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the community, by being the first point of contact for our children, young people and their families within Oxfordshire and will involve being the link with all schools and be the point of contact for parents, settings, and further education providers to ensure student placement data is accurate and that the data management system is up to date.
