Are you highly organised, customer-focused and great at keeping a busy operation running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Receptionist to join our team and act as the vital link between our customers, technicians, and internal operations.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and will support the branch with a wide range of administrative and coordination duties. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
• Acting as the front-line liaison for customer enquiries
• Handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently, redirecting as needed
• Managing sales and service enquiries to ensure the best commercial outcomes
• Completing job cards, checking technician labour hours, and obtaining order numbers
• Placing supplier orders and negotiating the best possible prices
• Supporting smooth communication between customers and technicians
• Ensuring accurate completion of all company paperwork (sales orders, delivery notes, manifests, QHSE documentation, etc.)
• Carrying out additional administrative tasks as required by the Branch Manager
📌 What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with natural problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), or a willingness to learn
• Highly organised, able to multitask and perform under pressure
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new tasks
• A collaborative team player with proven experience in a similar environment
• Knowledge of QHSE legislation (advantageous)
