Shift patterns - Full time
Shift patterns - 14 hour shifts, Day shifts, Weekend work is a must, Sleep ins required. 5 hours full time.

Here at Lifeways in Weston-Super-Mare, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
At this service there are 5 people who we support that are in wheelchairs, 2 need hoisting for all transfers and 5 have complex health needs. Full intimate personal care needed for 5 residents/Pad changes as well as assistance with medication and all health visits/monitoring. We are looking for un and caring individuals needed to support with personal care and assisting with eating and drinking, accessing the community and looking for opportunities to enrich lives.
