To provide data review and entry support to the Centre for Educational Partnerships through existing systems and processes to ensure maximum quality and timely processing of work.
About the Role
The primary function of the role is to receive, review, organise and summarise data and evidence bundles to support a fixed term project within the Centre for Educational Partnerships. The role will ensure that bundles are thoroughly reviewed for completeness and accuracy, providing a detailed summary to project leadership and executing any required follow-up such as gathering further evidence.
The role will work as part of a team within the Centre for Educational Partnership and will require excellent written and verbal communication with other team members to ensure completeness and accuracy of processing. The role will work within pre-defined process parameters however will require flexibility and independent thinking in its approach to ensure robustness.
About You
The ideal candidate has an analytical and investigative mindset with high attention to detail. The candidate will be extremely organised, able to process high volumes of information and evidence in a structured manner. The candidate will have excellent time management, able to keep multiple cases progressing simultaneously without losing track. A good understanding of data privacy and confidentiality is essential. Prior experience working in a Higher Education setting is preferable.
Additional Information
Salary: Grade 3, £14,586 per annum (£24,310 pro rata)
This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed term contract ending at the end of January
