Pricing Analyst - Salary £34,000 to c. £45,000 Norwich This is a great job for someone who has experience of GI pricing and is looking for a new challenge with exciting career opportunities. This role would suit someone who is numerical, enjoys working with data and statistics, and has a strong desire to learn, develop and solve problems. Curiosity and the ability to explain the story behind the numbers are key to success in this role. A bit about the job: This role sits within the Personal Lines Underwriting (PLU) team, which is responsible for pricing and underwriting Aviva's personal lines products including home, motor and travel insurance in the UK. You'll be working within a diverse and experienced team that focuses on problem solving, using data to identify improvements, and developing innovative pricing models. The role involves working across Aviva PCW motor brands, collaborating with teams across Analytics, Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Conduct and Compliance to identify opportunities for profitable growth and deliver good customer outcomes. You'll support the ongoing performance of key products while contributing insights, analysis and ideas to improve pricing strategies and drive business performance.
