You will be responsible for sourcing and placing technical jobs across UK, EU and North Amercia. In the process you will build and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers, abnd top-tier software engineering talent across various industries. You will gain a deep understanding of the tech landscape to proactively source, engage, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle. About you You will be a driven person who has motivation the to succeed. If you are a resourcer or a recruiter or sales person already that would realy help, but attitude is more important. You will possess an innate ability to build rapport quickly, influence stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results. Skills & Experience: Degree or A' level education Exceptional communication skills oral and written Good understanding of the sales cycle Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
