The Problem We're Solving
The UK property market runs on outdated processes, fragmented information, and unnecessary opacity. Buyers and sellers are left in the dark for weeks, deals fall through at the last minute, and no one has a clear picture of where their transaction actually stands.
We're building a platform that brings transparency and real-time visibility to every stage of the property transaction process—from offer acceptance to completion.
The timing is right. Recent HCLG consultations, RICS backing reform, and pressure from the Home Buying and Selling Group signal regulatory momentum. But the real driver will be market demand from consumers and professionals tired of the status quo.
Where We Are
Our MVP has been tested with real users and validated the core value proposition. We have several referral partnerships with estate agents and conveyancers in development, and we're ready to scale.
Who I'm Looking For
I need a Co-Founder who brings:
Technical and operational chops – You can either build the product yourself or lead technical teams effectively. You understand how to scale operations and create systems that work.
Property or fintech experience – You've worked in proptech, fintech, or regulated industries and understand the complexities of multi-party transactions and compliance.
Commitment and pace – This is a full-time equity role. You're ready to move fast, iterate constantly, and put in the work to build something significant.
Partnership mindset – You'll challenge my thinking, bring new ideas, and embrace the inevitable pivots. This is an equal partnership with shared decision-making.

I'm a property professional who's built and exited startups before. I know this market intimately—the pain points for consumers, the friction points for professionals, and where the opportunities lie. I work at pace and I'm looking for someone who matches that energy.
