Summary:
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Experienced Lettings Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our managed portfolio. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our lettings operation, ensuring properties are well maintained, tenancies run efficiently, and landlords and tenants receive exceptional support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing clear communication and support
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and safety checks to keep properties compliant and well maintained
* Carry out regular property inspections and prepare follow-up reports
* Oversee tenancy lifecycles, including move-ins, move-outs, and deposit handling
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation
* Build strong relationships with contractors and manage supplier services
* Support the lettings team with administration and office duties
* Deliver excellent customer service with a proactive, problem-solving approach
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1 years experience in lettings
* Ability to demonstrate a moderate level of technical knowledge of lettings
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
