Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven property professional to join a high-performing team as a Senior Sales Valuer. Based in the Kingswood office, you will be a key figure in generating new business, taking on valuations, and contributing to the overall success and development of the branch. With a strong focus on leadership, performance, and customer care, this role offers the chance to both lead by example and help coach others. Key Responsibilities: Carry out valuations and take instructions on properties for sale Generate new business opportunities and actively seek out new instructions Ensure office systems and service standards are maintained Promote good working practices across the branch Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction Contribute to office development and growth Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Demonstrated experience within property sales (essential) Strong leadership and motivational skills Goal-oriented and commercially astute Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Confident, well-presented, and professional in approach Quick-thinking, proactive, and a natural problem solver Full UK driving licence required Ability to take a firm yet diplomatic stance when needed Highly organised with excellent time management Ideally live within 30 minutes of the Kingswood office Package and Benefits: £28,000 basic salary r ealistic OTE of £35,000–£40,000 with uncapped earning potential Commission structure combining individual performance with pooled team bonuses 25 days’ annual leave bank holidays, increasing with service Mileage paid at 45p per mile (own car preferred); company car option available depending on package CePAP and/or NAEA qualifications funded Clear progression path within a growing independent agency Supportive, high-performing team with a strong company culture Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am–6.00pm Every other Saturday, 9.00am–4.00pm (with a day off in lieu)
