The Principal Security Architect will be a key member of the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) team, responsible for driving high technical standards, operational excellence, and innovation across the business. Undertake and lead the research and development of products and features, feeding new features into the Product Team for productization and technical delivery teams for adoption Pioneer technology ensuring that we are always Customer Zero for new products and features by implementing into our own environment first and documenting lessons learned Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices, with scale and security at the forefront of all design Act in a consultative role to the business, providing advice and guidance based on specialism Work closely with the Product Team, building out new service descriptions and ensuring new products are architected correctly Design solutions aligned with frameworks and regulatory requirements such as CIS, NIST, and ISO27001 Collate feedback from cross-functional teams to the CCoE backlog and shape the technology roadmap Provide high quality documentation to standardise solution architectures, processes, and templates ensuring they are centralised and readily available for use Are a Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert. Have previous experience in IT and with Microsoft Security. Have a very strong understanding of Microsoft Security, and the overlap into other technologies. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Waterfall and/or Agile.
