* A VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – newly qualified therapists are welcome!
* A deep understanding of five-star guest care and a desire to exceed expectations.
* The ability to create a serene, peaceful environment for every guest.
* A passion for holistic treatments and tailoring experiences to individual needs.
* Impeccable grooming, communication skills, and a confident, caring presence.
* The stamina and enthusiasm to deliver treatments throughout the day – with plenty of support and breaks!
Your Role as a Spa Therapist
