Our client, a vibrant design company located in the heart of London Bridge, is looking for a dedicated Procurement & Logistics Assistant to support their project teams and contribute to their dynamic environment.\n\nYour Responsibilities:\n\nPlacing orders with suppliers and managing the procurement process.\nReceiving and reviewing quotes\nOverseeing the purchasing and approval of supplier invoices.\nAddressing order queries and keeping the system updated with new orders.\nEnsuring company systems are current with delivery and logistical information.\nTaking on any additional duties as required to support the team.
\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nPrevious experience in a similar role, showcasing your administrative skills.\nAvailability to start immediately or on short notice is a plus!\nStrong customer service skills\nExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel.\nFantastic problem-solving abilities\nA self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently and taking initiative. \n\nOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
