Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location: Derby Salary: £15.70 per hour (£32,656 basic) + Sleep-in payments (£7,200 approx.) This is an exciting opportunity for a strong senior-level residential childcare professional looking to progress within management and play a key role in the leadership and development of the home. The Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently maintained. You will lead shifts, support staff development, oversee operational responsibilities, and act as the designated person in charge in the absence of the Registered Manager.
