Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for culture, people, and performance? Join our forward-thinking Trust, where you will lead on embedding our values, driving professional development, and shaping a high-performing, inclusive workforce across our schools.
You will be responsible for:
1. Leading Trust-wide culture, wellbeing, and performance strategies.
2. Designing and delivering a five-year People Strategy.
3. Driving recruitment, retention, and talent development.
4. Overseeing compliance, safeguarding, and policy development.
5. Managing a regional HR team and supporting school leaders.
6. Using digital tools to streamline operations and data management.
We are looking for someone with:
7. CIPD Level 5 (essential); Level 7 (desirable).
8. Senior HR leadership experience, ideally in education.
9. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and safeguarding.
10. Excellent communication, resilience, and strategic thinking.
11. A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
