Liaises with: Patients, and carers, Independent Advocacy, Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors, Service Directors, Business Support Managers, Investigating Managers, all staff levels within the Trust, partner agencies and organisations, Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, Care Quality Commission, Trust Legal advisers and solicitors.
Main duties of the job
To assist the Incidents Team in the efficient and effective management of incident handling at the Trust. The post holder will provide a range of administrative support, including the deployment of secretarial skills. Supporting the incident team with incident management. This includes: Reviewing and approving incidents, Taking minutes, Producing meeting agendas

Knowledge and Expertise
Essential criteria
* Excellent level of computer literacy, including experience on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
* Excellent organisational and administration skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
* Ability to communicate well with service users, carers and other stakeholders.
Desirable criteria
* Knowledge of current issues within health/social services setting.
Qualifications
Essential criteria
* GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in English and Maths
* ECDL / Microsoft Office Qualifications
Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience of preparing agendas and the production of clear and concise minutes.
* Experience of producing work to tight timescales.
