As the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, Planning & Insights, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes, and contribute to ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement. You will partner with business leaders and use tools such as Pigment and Tableau to drive insight and efficiency.


Responsibilities

* Financial Reporting & Planning:
o Establish and oversee robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that enhance business performance and accountability
o Build financial planning capabilities and standards across the organization, including forecasting methodologies, budget processes, and investment frameworks
o Guide the development of a KPI Framework
o Lead the development of a comprehensive suite of KPIs and metrics that provide meaningful insights into business performance and drive strategic decision-making
o Implement advanced financial analytics capabilities, leveraging tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Pigment to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
o Lead the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range financial planning processes in partnership with Finance Business Partners across applicable business units
o Oversee the development of comprehensive financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and resource allocation
o Champion the use of technology and data analytics to enhance financial insight and efficiency
* Financial Analysis & Decision Support:
o Lead complex financial analyses that identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers to support executive decision-making
o Oversee the development of executive-level financial reporting, presentations, and communications that drive business strategy and performance
* Team Leadership & Organizational Development:
o Lead, develop, and mentor the Financial Reporting team to achieve high performance through leadership, development, and mentoring
o Create growth opportunities for team members through coaching and stretch assignments
o Drive cross-functional collaboration and establish trusted partnerships across the business
o Champion finance transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business impact
o Establish and maintain a strong network of relationships across the organization to align financial objectives with business priorities


Qualifications

* Desirable (not essential) experience:
o Strategic financial planning, business partnering, and organizational design
o Systems implementation and ongoing improvement initiatives
o Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan or Pigment
o Project management experience
o Revenue reporting and forecasting in a SaaS organization
o Cash reporting and forecasting
o Sales incentive planning, reporting and forecasting
o Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
o Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning
o Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI)
o Excellent communication skills translating complex financial concepts into actionable insights
o Track record of supporting business transformation and change management initiatives
* Essential Experience:
o 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in finance leadership
o 5+ years as a people leader
