The Role
Role Objectives
This performance marketing role seeks an experienced professional with a proven track record in driving growth through paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others. The goal is to increase revenue and sales for our dental cover products.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is part of the Retail and Corporate Dental Cover divisions. It is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours of overlap with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute paid search strategies to acquire members across Google, Bing, and other platforms.
* Manage paid social campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
* Create platform-specific ad creatives and detailed plans for channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Monitor, analyse, and optimise PPC campaigns for ROI, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
* Collaborate with sales to align messaging and support enterprise growth.
* Conduct keyword research, manage bids, ad copy, and landing page optimisation.
* Analyse paid social campaigns to maximise ROI and reduce costs.
Own the Complete Funnel
* Generate leads and revenue through targeted top, middle, and bottom funnel campaigns.
* Track campaign performance from impressions to conversions daily.
* Identify and troubleshoot issues at campaign and website levels.
* Report on key metrics and insights regularly.
* Coordinate with design, content, and IT teams to resolve funnel-related issues.
Budget Management
* Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively to optimise spend and performance.
Testing
* Develop hypotheses and implement prioritised testing plans.
* Coordinate A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Performance Reporting
* Generate reports on PPC and paid social metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Explore New Platforms
* Identify new paid platform opportunities to sustain growth.
* Drive revenue through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
* Work with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
* Coordinate with SEO and marketing teams to align strategies.
* Communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators
* Growth in dental cover sales month-on-month.
* ROI and customer lifetime value from campaigns.
* Customer acquisition cost (CAC) optimisation.
