Responsibilities:

* Respond to payroll-related queries from clients and employees.
* Prepare and submit tax filings, including PAYE and National Insurance contributions.
* Assist with pension scheme administration and ensure auto-enrolment compliance.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide payroll-related reports and data.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
* Experience in payroll processing within the professional services industry.
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including PAYE and National Insurance.
* Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
