Role Overview
We are seeking a Product & Marketing Manager to lead the development, improvement, and promotion of our client’s products. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, operations, and communications, ensuring our products meet user needs, are clearly documented, and are effectively communicated both internally and externally.
You will work closely with internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing, and Operations—and external partners to plan, launch, and promote products that have meaningful impact. You will also act as the first point of contact for product-related queries and ensure all processes and documentation are structured and accessible.
This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys blending product management with operational and marketing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
* Define and document the product roadmap, informed by user feedback, client needs, and service priorities.
* Coordinate product development and improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards.
* Maintain clear and structured product documentation, guides, and internal resources, ideally within SharePoint or similar platforms.
* Monitor product use and impact, making improvements based on feedback and operational insights.
* Support internal teams with product-related queries, acting as a central point of contact.
Marketing & Communications
* Plan and deliver communications to raise awareness and understanding of our products.
* Translate technical and product information into clear, accessible guidance for staff, clients, and customers.
* Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, website content, and internal communications.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of communications and product promotions, using insights to inform improvements.
Collaboration & Operational Support
* Work closely with Account Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on product updates, timelines, and priorities.
* Assist in planning and coordinating product launches, updates, and releases.
* Contribute to strategic discussions on product development, operational efficiency, and organisational growth.
* Support process improvements to keep workflows organised, efficient, and documented.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in Product Management or a similar operational role.
* Experience in Marketing or communications, including copywriting, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain structured processes and resources.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Experience using Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, or other business systems.
* Understanding of the product lifecycle and product development processes.
* Interest or experience in digital marketing, product messaging, or campaign support is a plus.
* Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks and initiatives.
