Work closely with department heads (e.g., HR, finance, sales, logistics) to coordinate and support cross-functional activities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics; generate regular reports for senior management. Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies; recommend and implement solutions for improvement. Manage budgets and forecasts; ensure operations stay within financial targets. Oversee inventory, supply chain, and vendor management as needed. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
