We are seeking an accomplished Head of Communications to join this leading business services firm at a key stage in their growth. This is a senior leadership role for a charismatic and credible individual who can shape and deliver a compelling communications strategy that strengthens the firms’ reputation, supports their wider commercial objectives, and equally importantly engages and helps inspire colleagues across the business.
Reporting to the Leadership team, the successful candidate will lead the development and execution of an integrated communications approach across both external and internal channels. They will play a central role in positioning the firm in a competitive market, enhancing the brand, and ensuring an innovative, consistent and authoritative voice across all client-facing and corporate communications. As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, they will provide expertise with regard to media relations, thought leadership, reputation management, and agency management, bringing sound judgement and a strong understanding of all facets of communications.
Internally, the Head of Communications will be responsible for fostering a clear, engaging, and aligned narrative that supports the firms culture and strategic priorities. They will manage a high-performing team, creating an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and delivering high-quality execution in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in both external and internal communications and will be a confident and influential communicator, capable of building relationships at all levels and representing the firm with professionalism and authority.
