TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our clients operations team, responsible for mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance at a site based in Milton Keynes. Competitive Salary Up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out) As Multi Skilled Shift Engineer, you will: Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara Respond promptly to building alarms (via helpdesk or BMS) and escalating where required Manage reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM system and meet SLA targets Liaise closely with Supervisor, technical admin, and service delivery teams. Escort/coordinate subcontractors during maintenance visits. Participate in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenance.
