Your New RoleAs Finance Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing financial reporting, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the business. Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of processes.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading the month‑end close process and producing accurate, timely management accounts
2. Managing accruals, prepayments, journals, and intepany reconciliations
3. Preparing detailed balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
4. Overseeing cash flow forecasting, ie analysis, and financial reporting
5. Supporting annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
6. Providing insightful financialmentary to senior stakeholders
7. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance financial controls
8. Supporting audit requirements and ensuringpliance with financial standards
9. Acting as a key business partner to operational andmercial teams
What You’ll Need to Succeed
10. ACCA/CIMA qualified or nearly qualified
11. Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable and will be a strong advantage in this role.
12. Strong experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within amercial, fast‑paced environment
13. Excellent Excel skills and confidence with financial systems
14. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
15. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
16. Confidentmunicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
17. Proactive, driven, and eager to take ownership and develop further
