This role is 12 months maternity cover. We anticipate for this role to begin from May 2026.
The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager/lead to join our fast-growing brand commerce agency, working across multiple accounts and supporting the wider digital campaign objectives for clients.
You will directly manage the digital team, working with them and our Digital Director to create and implement scroll‑stopping brand first campaigns across all digital performance channels and scale TikTok Shops to new performance heights.
(Note: we recognise TikTok Shop is a relatively new industry skill and will provide training support)
It will involve a wide range of skills and experience; creative, commercial, and strategic thinking, exceptional organic social and performance marketing knowledge and loads of go‑get‑‑em attitude.
You will be responsible for
* Performance management – owning daily, weekly and monthly performance of paid media and social commerce across clients
* Performance marketing budget management – leading on spend strategy and optimisations
* TikTok Shop management and optimisations – from ad performance to affiliate strategies, you will be the driver behind client success
* Lead on awareness and acquisition campaigns across organic and paid social for clients
* Collaborating across multiple departments to oversee and deliver campaign plans and weekly activations across social media, paid media, and other digital content outlets and formats
* Lead on monthly client facing performance updates
* Marketing management – overall day‑to‑day marketing calendar and activity management to ensure things are moving across teams, activity is happening, and hands‑on support is there if needed
* Manage digital team to maintain momentum towards reaching development targets for the year and creating best in class social content
* Social media planning and management – working with internal content creators and social media execs to plan out weekly and monthly social campaigns, posts and community management
* Supporting on briefing for production of TikTok’s/reels or wider social posts that are briefed into creative, ensuring they are aligned to wider agreed client strategies
Whilst this is a maternity cover, this is a crucial time of growth for the agency and department with scope to become permanent. Requirements
* 3+ years ecommerce background agency/inhouse – essential
* TikTok Shop Experience – preferred but can be trained
* 3+ years of social media management experience – This can be at an agency or in house
* 3+ years of paid media experience – agency or in house
* Expertise in all areas of delivery is desired: Ecommerce performance, social management, paid media, creative briefing, team management and reporting
* Confident liaising with clients and presenting to clients
* The ability to communicate excellently
* An eager eye for detail and confidence in giving critical yet constructive feedback to set standards and develop those around you
* Keen eye for trends and developments in the digital world
