This position requires a technical individual with strong knowledge of maintaining M&E systems. Role: Maintenance Manager Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday Location: East London Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum What are the main duties of the role? Take responsibility for the effective and efficient management of onsite maintenance, health and safety and compliance Lead the onsite maintenance team Oversee PPMs completing and recording on relevant systems Oversee risk assessments on site Oversee the in-house maintenance actions including painting, decorating and other tasks A key team member in managing major contracts such as M&E and Lifts, including team members that area based on site as part of these contracts Take ownership for maintenance routines of communal areas ensuring they are completed efficiently and with the customer experience in mind Oversee the waste management What will you bring to the role?
