Responsibilities
* Brief all your catering team prior to service.
* Complete stock sheets.
* Deal with customer complaints efficiently.
* Carry out stock checks at designated times.
* Monitor the service of all alcoholic beverages.
* Any other duty that is reasonably requested.

* Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.
* Good attention to detail and punctuality.
* Being proactive is key.
* Experience is essential.
* Experience in retail with the ability to lead by example and work closely with new teams on an event-by-event basis.
