**You must be a 2nd year University Student within the UK, on a 4 year course and commit to a 12 month placement from July 2026**

As a Recruitment Resourcing Intern, you will source and attract the best talent in the market on behalf of one of our largest clients contracted to Hays, bringing our “find and engage” methodology to life using tools and technology to apply sourcing techniques that will identify target talent pools and passive candidates.

What should I expect in the Internship?
Our award-winning intern programme will give you a unique insight into the world of work and hands-on experience of life in business.
In this placement you will be working in an area of the business called Enterprise Solutions.
Within Enterprise Solutions you will focus on working with one of the largest contracted accounts at Hays to optimize their workforce planning, talent acquisition and talent management processes.
Our 12-month internship will see you being responsible for:
* Conduct intake briefing calls with hiring manager and recruitment partner at requisition creation stage
* Be seen as the sourcing expert, demonstrating knowledge of the talent landscape and relevant candidate attraction strategies.
* Regularly market content to candidates’ audiences using social, email marketing, direct approaches and our cutting-edge recruitment database
* Translate job descriptions into compelling advertising copy to be used on relevant digital channels.
* Provide a credible short-list of suitable candidates for each vacancy within agreed time frames
* When applicable, negotiate terms of the offer between the hiring manager and candidate to satisfactory conclusion
* Manage all candidate compliance and on-boarding
* Provide excellent after-care to all candidates we have placed
What you’ll need to succeed
* Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment.
* To be analytically minded, with a strong working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel Knowledge.
* Strong Communication Skills, ability to build relationships with Senior Stakeholders
* A Proactive Person who enjoys problem solving and getting to the root cause of queries
* High attention to detail
