Executive Director for Elderly Care Services
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality care to elderly residents. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of compliance, quality improvement, and commercial awareness.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive leader with experience in managing residential and dementia services. They will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the sector and its challenges, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional care.
We are looking for someone who is skilled in team leadership, people development, and building a positive culture. They will be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results and provide a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
