* Hours: 38.75 hours per week
* Salary: Up to £28,613 per annum DOE, 25% colleague discount, 28-days annual leave pro rata
About the Role
Are you passionate about customer service and eager to advance your career with the UK's largest Health and Wellness Retailer? As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead daily store operations, serve as a brand ambassador, and develop a high-performing team through recruiting, coaching, and motivating. You will also drive sales, maintain stock accuracy, develop promotional plans, and ensure health and safety compliance.
You will undergo training, including our “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert” qualifications, accredited to Level 2 and Level 3, to become a Health & Wellness specialist.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous retail management experience
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Analytical skills to interpret sales data and meet company goals

* Flexibility and adaptability to multi-task effectively
