Financial Controller Warrenpoint Artemis Human Capital are working with a growing business that operates across the island of Ireland to recruit an experienced qualified accountant. Reporting to the Finance Director, this newly created role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function and support the companys continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the finance function, supporting the Finance Director and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost analysis and profitability reports to support wider commercial decisions. Oversee compliance, internal controls and drive ongoing systems and process improvements. Partner with senior management and Contracts Managers, providing financial insights and resolving operational queries. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including advanced use of Excel, Sage Line 50, bespoke software systems and liaising with clients and suppliers where required. The Person Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5+ years' experience in a similar commercial or fast-paced environment. Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel and experience working with Sage Accounts. Methodical, accurate and able to work independently while managing deadlines.
