We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.
We offer a permanent full-time position with a variety of shift patterns available, working 5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day. Part-time work may also be available.
Shift patterns include:
* Day shift – From 06:00 to 14:00
* Afternoon shift – From 12:00 to 20:00
* Night shift – From 20:00 to 04:00
Pay, working hours & benefits:
Hourly pay rate of £14.49 for day shifts and £16.91 for afternoon, late, and night shifts.
You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours per week for full-time roles. Overtime is regularly available for those looking to earn more.

As a warehouse operative, your responsibilities will include:
* Picking stock onto pallets accurately and efficiently for delivery
* Keeping accurate records
* Performing general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse
* Adhering to health and safety requirements
Most start with order picking, with opportunities to work in goods-in and loading operations.
Requirements:
* Physically fit, as the role is demanding and involves meeting productivity targets
* A friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude
* Experience in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is advantageous but not essential
