Description
As the Marketing Manager - MedTech you will have the following responsibilities:
Leads portfolio strategy and execution aligned with global, regional, and local priorities.
Manages the full product lifecycle, from commercialisation and registration to performance tracking and discontinuation.
Drives market insight gathering to inform decisions and shape value propositions across segments and channels.
Partners with marketing teams to develop strategic plans and locally relevant content, including tender materials.
Supports commercial success through effective tools, pricing guidance, and portfolio training.
Profile
A successful Marketing Manager - MedTech should have:
Proven experience in marketing/PM within the MedTech industry - essential
Excellent stakeholder manager - with strong ability to influence across a complex organisation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
Proactive and results-driven, demonstrating ownership and a solution-focused approach to deliver clear outcomes.
Comprehensive financial and commercial acumen, including hands-on experience managing tenders and bids.Job Offer
The successful candidate will receive a competitive package of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum DOE, plus bonus and other benefits.
Please note that this role will be a super collaborative role and as such you will be required to be based in the Berkshire (Wokingham) office four days per week
