Our client, a highly respected London law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence in advising ultra-high-net-worth clients, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its award-winning, Tier 1 Private Client team.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and confident Legal Secretary to play an integral role within a leading Private Client department. Working closely with Partners, Solicitors, and Trust & Tax specialists, you'll provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team. Duties to include:
Liaising with clients both in person and by phone with professionalism and discretion
Audio/copy typing and document production, including digital dictation
Preparing, sewing, and binding deeds and Wills
File opening and compliance support in line with firm procedures
Assisting Partners, Solicitors, and Accountants within the department
Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
Maintaining and organising filing systems effectively
General administrative support across the teamThis Legal Secretary position is a full-time, hybrid, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.
Requirements
Previous legal secretarial or PA experience within a Private Client department (essential)
