Learning & Development Business Partner | Specialist Care Provider
£30,000 p.a + £5k car allowance
Field Based Role – North West

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading care provider who support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs through a variety of residential and supported living services. They are currently seeking an L&D Business Partner to join the team who will partner closely with stakeholders, and be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes across their services in the North West.

Responsibilities:
* Designing, delivering, and evaluating the various learning and development programmes and initiatives across the business
* Provide bespoke training and support as and when required
* Become a subject matter expert within the L&OD department
* Be an effective business partner with allocated services to ensure that they are meeting their regulatory requirements
* Provide comprehensive reports and solutions when addressing any potential non-compliance concerns across services in the North West
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Qualification
* Exposure working within in a similar health or social care environment
* Experience of delivering a RRN approved course (Maybo / PBM) or a willingness to work towards.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
