Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and achieve financial goals within the food and beverage department.
* Create and maintain innovative, seasonal menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on quality and creativity.
* Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a positive and service-oriented culture.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the restaurant, bar, and event spaces, attracting new guests and engaging with the local community.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards, maintaining excellence in service delivery.
* Oversee banquet and event operations, ensuring flawless execution of weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings.
* Staff scheduling for Restaurant/Bar and Banquet Events
