Privately owned, award‑winning building services consultancy that has been delivering first‑class engineering solutions since 1987. With a team of 60 multi‑disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers, they’ve built a reputation for excellence and steady, sustainable growth.
They are looking to bring a Graduate (+1)/ Junior Electrical Engineer into the team to work on some of the UK’s most prestigious high‑end residential and hotel developments.
Role:
* Carrying out survey work and site inspections
* Producing design calculations (hand‑calcs and software modelling)
* Preparing drawings and technical specifications
* Writing technical reports
* Supporting senior engineers with problem‑solving and design solutions
* Building strong client relationships alongside senior management
* Driving your own professional and personal development
Requirements:
* 1–3 years’ experience within a building services consultancy
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or HNC/HND with strong design experience)
* Confident client‑facing communication
* Experience with design software such as Microsoft Office, Amtech, Dialux/Relux
* Strong understanding of British Standards and Building Regulations
* Knowledge of HTMs is a bonus
* Professional membership (CIBSE, IMechE, IET)
