About the Role:
Are you passionate about education but don’t yet hold qualified teacher status? Academics Ltd is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as unqualified teachers in secondary schools across Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of a qualified teacher
2. Keep students on task and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
3. Gain experience across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
4. Develop your skills as an unqualified teacher while receiving on-the-job support
Who We’re Looking For:
1. A confident and proactive individual with a passion for education
2. Strong communication and classroom management skills
3. A degree or solid subject knowledge (any subject area considered)
4. A desire to progress from an unqualified teacher into formal teacher training
