What You’ll Be Doing
1. Managing the accounts payable inbox and routing invoices using AP Predict
2. Processing invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with accuracy
3. Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
4. Ensuring timely payments via cheque, EFT, and other methods
5. Maintaining organised AP records and requesting copy invoices when needed
6. Supporting month‑end close and reporting activities
7. Assisting with audits by providing documentation and explanations
8. Setting up new vendors and verifying bank details
9. Sending remittances as required
What We’re Looking For
10. Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting
11. Confidence using accounting software
12. Strong numerical and data‑entry skills
13. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
14. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
15. Clear, professionalmunication skills (English fluency essential)
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, but Great to Have)
16. Understanding of basic accounting principles
17. Experience with Yardi, AP Predict, or Concur
18. Strong Excel skills
