Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver lessons that last, using a tailored learning approach and our smart learning tool – Compass.
* Build lasting relationships in our small group sessions (16 student ratio).
* Support members as they progress through the national curriculum, 11+ entrance exam and GCSE preparation, celebrating their progress.

* Contracted to work at least 6 hours a week over 2 days; start times 3:30‑4:00pm weekdays.
Pay Rates & Progression
Hourly Rate:
* Under 18: £8
* 18‑20: £10.05
* 21+: £12.25
* Additional 50p per hour if working inside the M25; paid for all training and inductions.
Earn more as you progress with annual opportunities to increase pay based on hours taught.

Requirements
* Achieved a grade 5 or above in Maths & English Language at GCSE level or equivalent; predicted grades accepted if results within next 3 months.
* Age 16 or over and right to work in the UK.
