Key Skills and Requirements:

* Ability to maintain accurate case records and manage casework on the West Sussex database.

* Proactive team member capable of assessing needs, negotiating plans, and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
* Recognized social work qualification (Degree, Certificate, or Diploma in Social Work).
* Post-qualifying training (desirable), SW England registration, and ongoing registration maintenance.
* Practitioner awards or specialized qualifications (desirable), such as Practice Teachers Award, PEPS 2, or BIA.
* Knowledge of advanced social work concepts and experience handling complex issues.
* Experience managing risk in safeguarding cases.
* Experience coaching and supervising others, promoting best practices.
* Valid full driving license (desirable).
