We’re working with a high-growth tech recruitment firm in Hove, and they’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant – Cyber Contract Delivery

Location: Hove
Salary: £27,500–£32,000 basic + commission
OTE: £40,000 - 55,000 + in year one
Working Model: Hybrid
You’ll be working directly alongside one of the UK’s top-performing recruiters – someone billing over £1 million annually. From day one, you’ll be delivering into a high-volume, high-value Cybersecurity contract desk, with access to major clients, ongoing job flow, and best-in-class systems.

What the role offers:
* A live, busy desk with continuous job flow in contract Cyber
* Direct mentorship from a record-breaking biller
* Real commercial exposure from day one
* Progression to a full 360 role – or the option to build a long-term career in delivery
Commission Structure & Incentives:
* £500 per placement at entry level (6 deals per month is the norm = £3,000 bonus monthly)
* Promotion to Consultant: £500 per deal + 12.5% of margin
* Once you bill £220k+ in a calendar year, you earn 20% commission
* 10% of your earned commission invested annually into a Long-Term Incentive Plan
