Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager at Bowling House, located in Norwich. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, managing staff, and addressing any issues that arise during shifts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a safe and clean environment, handling financial transactions, and ensuring that guests have a positive experience.

* Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Financial transaction handling and cash management
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in the entertainment or food & beverage industry is a plus
