Salary & Package
* £38,000 – £42,000 (dependent on experience)
* £5,000 car allowance
* 15% Discretionary bonus
* Generous pension scheme
Location & Travel
* Field-based role across the UK
* Occasional travel to Cheltenham and London HQ
Why This Role?
This is a chance to make a real impact in one of the most exciting and fast-growing drinks brands in the UK. You’ll be the key player driving Shandy Shack’s next phase of growth by:
* Maximising distribution – building and executing plans to grow volume through existing wholesalers and unlocking new routes to market.
* Driving new business – winning national and regional accounts across foodservice and specialty wholesale.
* Shaping channel growth strategy – developing and implementing long-term plans to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
* Leading and supporting – managing and motivating a small team to achieve targets and grow professionally.
* Pitching and closing – crafting compelling proposals, negotiating smart deals, and securing listings that deliver results.
